Barbara Oyler

Established in 1988 by Barbara Oyler, this scholarship was created in honor and memory of Nora Watkins Perry, Sylvia Oyler, Barbara Oyler, and Evelyn Perry. Barbara Oyler, daughter of Sylvia Oyler, was an ECU College of Nursing professor for over twenty years who lived in Greenville. Evelyn Perry was the Dean Emeritus of ECU School of Nursing whose mother was Nora Watkins Perry. This scholarship will help provide support to students with financial need, academic merit, and an interest in and commitment to a career in nursing.
