Dr. Ann King

Dr. Ann King makes this gift to support future nurse practitioners and does so in memory of her beloved granddaughter, “Izzy,” who died at only two by tragic accident.

Additionally, this endowment is established to honor Ann’s daughter, Nicole, mother of “Izzy.”

It is Ann’s hope that this endowment will keep the joyful memory of Izzy’s life alive. May each King Scholar be reminded by the circumstances of this award – how fragile and precious their own life is as well as that of each patient they serve.
