Dr. Phyllis Horns & Mr. Frederick Horns

Established in 2014 by Dr. Phyllis Horns & Mr. Frederick Horns, in loving memory of their daughter, Jennifer Horns James. Jennifer also predeceased her husband, John James. This scholarship was made to help support a student enrolled in ECU’s College of Nursing.

Dr. Horns had been the dean of the College of Nursing and currently serves as the Vice Chancellor for the Medical and Health Sciences Division.
