The Gina Gaillard Locklear Scholarship (P)

This fund shall be used to provide scholarship support to deserving rising and current full- or part-time graduate students who are pursuing a Masters of Education degree in Reading at East Carolina University College of Education. Financial need in addition to merit will be considered when choosing applicants to receive this scholarship.
