The Greenville Utilities Commission (GUC) Scholarship
The Greenville Utilities Commission (GUC) Scholarship is open to any student (full or part-time – 6 hour minimum course load) who is pursuing a degree in areas that are relevant to GUC’s operations. The applicants must be Pitt County residents. Recipient must have a minimum 3.0 GPA or higher for the duration of the scholarship and be in good standing with the university’s Code of Student Conduct.

- This East Carolina University scholarship requires that each applicant provide two (2) letters of reference. The letters need to come from professors/instructors that can speak to your skills, abilities, activities, and/or community involvement. You should make sure the reference providers are willing to write you a letter and then let them know to expect an email invitation to provide the reference. It is your responsibility to make sure they file the letters prior to the scholarship deadline.
