The Dr. Jerry '65 & '66 and Joanie Morrison '65 Tolley Scholarship in Honor of Dr. William B. Martin

This scholarship is awarded to students who are a full-time junior or senior with a declared major in teacher education within the College of Health and Human Performance and/or the College of Education. Student must exemplify academic merit as well as any other criteria deemed appropriate by the selection committee in accordance with its established policies and procedures, which may be modified from time to time.

The award for academic years that start with an even number (applications taken in odd number fall cycle) will go to students selected by the College of Education. The award for academic years that start with an odd number (applications taken in even number fall cycle) will go to students selected by the College of Health and Human Performance.
