The Mary Ferebee Howard Scholarship in Marine Studies (R)

The scholarship will be awarded to a full-time ECU graduate student focused on coastal and marine sciences. Areas of study include, but not limited to, are: Biology, Geology, Geography, Economics, Sociology, Anthropology, or History. Recipients must show potential in the marine science field, involvement in extracurricular activities, evidence of good citizenship, and community involvement.

Award amount varies (typically $1,000 – $3,000 range); up to 3 awards each year, possible renewal for additional 2 years (3 years total per recipient).
