The Sheltering Home Circle of the King's Daughters and Sons Scholarship

This scholarship will support a full-time rising Junior or Senior studying to become a teacher in grades K-6. The recipient must maintain a minimum of 2.5 GPA and be a North Carolina resident with first preference to a student from Durham, Orange, and Wake counties.

The scholarship may be renewed for a second year as need exists, and provided the student continues to maintain good academic standing. The recipient must have completed two years of study in the College of Education.
