The Pride in North Carolina, LLC Scholarship

This College of Health and Human Performance scholarship supports students in the Masters of Social Work (MSW) program. Recipient must be enrolled full-time in the regular pathway of the MSW program and be a North Carolina resident. Preference will be given to students enrolled in SOCW 6950 for the term beginning the scholarship. When awarding this scholarship, special consideration will be given to individuals who are the first generation in their family to attend college or demonstrate a commitment to working with disadvantaged populations. This scholarship may be renewed for the recipient’s second year of the MSW program as long as they continue to meet the scholarship criteria.

The scholarship selection committee shall consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, or other status prohibited or disfavored by law.
