The Gail Jordan Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established in memory of Gail Jordan – an ECU employee that is remembered as an energetic person who enjoyed helping others. Gail was a long-serving ECU staff member with ties to all levels of the university.

The purpose of this fund is to provide scholarships to full-time SHRA, CSS, and non-faculty EHRA employees who are taking either undergraduate or graduate level courses at East Carolina University. The intent of the scholarship is to cover the expenses for one or more courses (tuition, fees, and books) to a staff employee after the employee has exhausted his/her eligibility for tuition free courses for that academic year.
