The Lula and Billy Whitley Scholarship

This scholarship will be awarded to a qualified undergraduate student enrolled full time and pursuing a teaching degree in the area of science or mathematics education. First preference given to first generation college student from eastern North Carolina with a demonstrated commitment to teaching in North Carolina. Minimum 3.0 GPA is required. Selection also based on financial need. Award is subject to availability.
