This scholarship to support students in the Brody School of Medicine with first preference given to M2, M3, and M4 students with an interest in pursuing transplant surgery and from one of the following eastern North Carolina counties: Beaufort, Bertie, Camden, Carteret, Chowan, Craven, Currituck, Dare, Duplin, Edgecombe, Gates, Greene, Halifax, Hertford, Hyde, Jones, Lenoir, Martin, Nash, Northampton, Onslow, Pamlico, Pasquotank, Perquimans, Pitt, Tyrrell, Washington, Wayne, or Wilson.
