The J. Worth Carter Scholarship

This scholarship will be awarded to a full time undergraduate student who is rising junior or senior in College of Education. First preference will go to students from Cumberland County, North Carolina. Second preference will go to students from Eastern North Carolina. Selection will also be based on scholarship, financial need and citizenship in order of priority. Award is subject to availability.
