The Colonel J. Worth Carter, Jr. DMSS Endowed Fund for AFROTC

This scholarship is awarded to a full-time, freshman undergraduate student that is participating in the Air Force ROTC Program. Recipients must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and demonstrated educational leadership potential. This scholarship may be renewed to the same recipient if they reapply and meet the criteria of the scholarship.
