The Swank-Divine Trust Undergraduate Scholarship

1. Recipient must be undergraduate student.
2. First preference to students in Tier 1 counties in North Carolina according to the County
Distress Rankings.
3. Second preference to students in Tier 2 counties in North Carolina according to the
County Distress Rankings.
4. Minimum award amount of $1,000 required. Multiple awards can be made if funding is
available.
County tier status is determined by the North Carolina Department of Commerce.
