The Excellence in Recreation Scholarship (R)

This fund provides scholarship support for juniors and seniors majoring in the Department of Recreation Sciences and Sport Management in the College of Health and Human Performance. One junior and senior are selected from the BS in Recreational Therapy and BS in Recreation, Park, and Sport Management programs. Award is valued at $1,500 for recipients’ junior year. The scholarship may renew for the recipients’ senior year at $1,000 as long as the students reapply and continue to meet the eligibility requirements.
