The Emily S. Boyce Fellowship

This award will be awarded to a graduate student studying Library Science who has outstanding potential for leadership in the recipient’s community following graduation coupled with evidence of commitment to a career in library administration/management. Preferred recipient to be a non-traditional student (i.e. full-or part-time student who has returned to school after several years) and who is a member of the North Carolina Library Association. If no qualified nontraditional students, the fellowship may be awarded to traditional graduate students who meet the leadership and academic criteria listed above. Award is subject to availability.
